Dishwasher Sign

My Hubby says that he doesn't put the dishes in the dishwasher because he doesn't know if they are clean or dirty, so I made this!!

I laminated it with my YourStory and put magnetic tape on the back.  Super easy and cute too!

If you want the craft room file it can be found here

Creativity Vinyl

I wanted to decorate the inside of my Explore and this is my favorite crafty saying (also very fitting).

I Loved the way it turned out.  It makes me smile every time I look at it.  :)

Uncle Jimmy Birthday Card

I used the new baseball cap cutting file from SVG Cutting Files. My family are all die-hard SF Giants Fans, so this was the perfect file and card for my Uncle.

Cutting Cafe Blog Post - Balloon Shaker Card

Be sure to visit the Cutting Cafe Blog every 7th and 21st of the month for our design team inspirational post in which by leaving a comment you will be entered into a drawing to win 3 FREE sets of your choice from the online store.

For this weeks assignment we could pick any file we wanted. I was so excited to try the Balloon Fun Printable and Cutting file. I LOVE shape cards and I Love Shaker cards, so this is the best of both worlds.

I used the Oval Balloon and all the layers, I loved having the different layers of balloons, but you could use just one if you wanted.

I printed the Oval HB printable on a transparency and used it as the top of my shaker balloon.

I punched little circles out if the red and yellow patterned paper and added Simon Says Stamp white and yellow flower sequins and some red micro seed beads to the shaker.

I also made the matching envelope.

I then printed the HB2U from the printable file on to the yellow pattern paper and cut it with a small die and attached with jump rings.

I added some twine and a few pearl pen drops.

Thanks for stopping by...

Stamp Organization

I decided that I wanted to change the way I organize my stamps.

I copied this system from Jennifer Mcguire

This is what I had before.

Here is the first fridge bin completed (3 1/2 baskets worth of stamps) are now stored like this.

This is full and on the bookcase.

This was halfway through the first bin.

Card in a Box

I'm so excited to share with you my first project for Cutting Café. This card uses the Card in a Box file.

Here is my Card in a Box before it is decorated and with the coordinating envelope.

You can see the strips of clear clamshell packing that I cut to to hold my flowers and balloons.  I like to use the clear packaging so it looks like the embellishments are floating.

I used hot glue to hold the clear strips to the box and embellishments. I used The Card in a Box Embellishment set to create the flowers, balloons and Happy Birthday (I really love how easy this is to create with the embellishment kit).

I cut the grass from Zoo Balloo and the butterflies are Anna Griffin.

Here you can see the card all ready to go into the envelope and in the mail.

Cutting Cafe Design Team

I'd like to thank Regina Easter over at The Cutting Cafe for adding me to her design team. I will be posting my first project very soon. Thanks again Regina!!

Scott's Graduation Thank You's

I had rotator cuff surgery (2 years ago today) and for some reason I stopped posting on my Blog.  I'm back and will be posting a few of my favorite projects.

My Hubby graduated from nursing school and these were the "Thank You's" he sent out for all his well wishes.
